Little InSpirations
Ages 3-6
Where every dancer's journey begins.
Our Early Childhood Dance Program, a nurturing, joyful, and structured introduction to movement for our youngest dancers. Held at Newark Symphony Hall, every class is designed to build confidence, listening skills, musicality, and a love of dance that lasts a lifetime.
We meet children exactly where they are and give them the foundation they need to grow,
as dancers and as people.
InSpira EXPerience
Ages 7-18
Serious dance. Real growth.
Every level welcome.
Our Core Recreational Dance Program for dancers ages 7 to 18. EXP is not a beginner holding tank or a warm-up to something else, it is a respected, high-quality dance education program in its own right. Whether your child is stepping onto the dance floor for the first time or has been dancing for years, EXP meets them where they are and takes them further.
Students are placed by level, not just age,
and progress through a curriculum built on real technique, cultural awareness, and artistic development. Classes are held at Newark Symphony Hall.

InSpira's open and drop-in classes are designed for teens and adults who want to dance, without the schedule of a full enrollment. Whether you're looking for a weekly ritual, a new way to move your body, or just want to try something new, our open classes give you access to InSpira's world-class instructors in a welcoming, no-pressure environment.
All classes are held at Newark Symphony Hall & ZWADAI. No dance experience required.
