EMERGE PATHWAY

The Emerge Pathway is designed for dancers who are new to dance or prefer a less intensive commitment. This pathway is perfect for those who want to explore dance recreationally or have other extracurricular activities and cannot commit to a rigorous schedule. For example, if you're interested in both Ballet and Hip Hop but also participate in sports or other after-school activities, the Emerge Pathway allows you to enjoy dance without overwhelming your schedule.

BALLET

Little Inspirations Division: Tiny Tots and Pre-Primary Levels The Pre-Primary Level is for dancers ages 2.5 to 4

This pathway class combination is a fun and rhythmic introduction to Ballet & Tap. Taught by a highly experienced and respected InSpira teacher, this class is a perfect introduction to movement musicality, following the principles of the IPACC Ballet curriculum, Royal Academy of Dance, and Tap N' Learn curriculum. This class is designed to improve the children’s confidence and coordination and develop their social skills. It also introduces dance etiquette, the basics of counting, body awareness, and more. Incorporating the use of an array of props and lively music, this class guarantees to capture the children’s imagination.

JAZZ

Primary Level Combinations for ENHANCE Pathway

The Primary Level is for dancers ages 5 and 6. This program is a fun and rhythmic continuation of the fundamentals of various dance disciplines, focusing primarily on Jazz. Taught by highly experienced and respected InSpira teachers, these combinations are designed to prepare our dancers to advance to the next division, the InSpira EXPerience Level 1. Following the principles of the IPACC Jazz curriculum and other esteemed curricula, these classes are designed to improve the children’s confidence and discipline while introducing dance etiquette, the basics of body placement, and more. Each combination provides unique benefits to aid in the dancers' journey. Dancers can select a maximum of two classes.

In the ENHANCE pathway, Little Inspiration dancers are required to take two styles of dance. Here are the recommended combinations for our Little Inspiration students who decide to go down the ENHANCE Training Pathway (These are Jazz-focused combinations):

Twinkle Toes Combo (Jazz + Ballet)

This combo introduces dancers to the energetic style of Jazz and the elegance of Ballet. Jazz classes focus on dynamic movements and expressive rhythms, while Ballet classes emphasize grace, technique, and discipline. This combination helps dancers develop a strong foundation in both expressive and classical dance forms, enhancing their overall dance abilities. It also improves their musicality, balance, and poise. (Register for Primary Jazz + Primary Ballet)

Jazzle Dazzle Combo (Jazz+ Tap)

This combination introduces dancers to the vibrant style of Jazz and the rhythmic fun of Tap. Jazz focuses on technique and body alignment, while Tap emphasizes rhythm, timing, and coordination. This combo enhances the dancers' versatility, allowing them to explore different styles of movement and expression. It helps build a solid technical foundation while encouraging creativity and performance skills. Register for Primary Jazz + Primary Tap)

Hip Hop Bop Combo (Jazz + Hip Hop)

Combining the energetic movements of Jazz with the vibrant energy of Hip Hop, this combo offers a balanced dance education. Jazz classes instill rhythm, strength, and control, while Hip Hop classes encourage creativity, self-expression, and contemporary movement. This combination helps dancers develop a unique blend of expressive and modern dance skills, enhancing their adaptability and performance range.

Double Jazz Combo (Jazz + Jazz)

This combo allows dancers to immerse themselves fully in Jazz, taking two Jazz classes. This can be accomplished if there are two levels available for dancers at the same age, or by taking one primary class at one location and the second Jazz class at another InSpira location. Jazz classes focus on dynamic movements, technique, and rhythm, providing a strong foundation in expressive dance.

BALLET

Example:

Level 1 Ballet

This example outlines the discipline and level requirements depending on the training pathway you choose at InSpira. Typically, it does not take longer than 3 years to completely know and master the material at each level. By choosing the more rigorous pathways, such as ENHANCE or ELITE, dancers can complete these levels at a quicker pace. These pathways involve more classes with a focus on technique, consistent instruction, repetition, and engagement. This comprehensive approach allows dancers to retain and grow their skills more effectively, supporting the necessary development to train both the mind and body for the rigor and strength of dance.
